KEGS Y7 Geographers neutralise hot air !

It has been said that the Geography Department spouts so much hot air that it is in fact assisting in the Global Warming process. In order to counter this the Department has joined forces with the Woodland Trust initiative, "Trees for Schools". Year 7 students planted 120 hedgerow trees prior to the Christmas break as part of the School's new EcoSchool strategy and hope to be able to offset some of their carbon footprint. Hopefully by the time this cohort of students leave KEGS they will have had the opportunity to see all their hard work flourish !

Well done Year 7.
